 - Ensuring that suppliers operate and maintain a HSE management system that meets Palmongroup’s requirements, and actively encourage suppliers under our influence to operate and maintain their own HSE management systems in line with Palmongroup’s policy. 

 - Select competent staff, contractors and suppliers to manage and support the business

 - Invest in HSE training to ensure individuals can perform their work safely and with due regard for the environment

 - Establishing safe and ergonomically sounds systems of working and a healthy working environment in the office and on construction sites for all staff. 

 - Measuring, monitoring and reviewing HSE performance and operating procedures in order to achieve continual improvement through regular reporting, audits and reviews.
